Leave your everyday life behind and treat yourself to a relaxing timeout in our “Bergnest”.

Our holiday flat is light flooded and modern. It is located quietly with a fantastic view.

The basement flat is about 60 m² in size and offers space for up to 4 persons who don´t need to forego any comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single box-spring beds), one living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a storeroom and a terrace.

A television, DVD-player and a stereo are part of the equipment of the flat, as well as a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, micro wave, oven, electric kettle, Senseo and filter coffee machine.
In the bath room you will find a hair dryer and a bath mat. You will only have to bring your own towels.

We are especially interested in the wellbeing of your children. Therefore we are really pleased about their visit.
Holiday time means time for each other, playing with each other and experiencing adventures. All this is possible in the Sauerland and in our “Bergnest”.
In the flat you will find various board games and children´s books. A travel cot with insect screen, bed linen for children and a high chair are also available. There is a playground in close proximity to the holiday flat.
Of course free wireless internet is available in the flat.

The holiday flat is accessible via a staircase. It has an own parking place as well as a bordering terrace where a sun awning, grill and new garden furniture await you.

According to legal requirements and for your safety our flat is equipped with smoke detectors. Also there are a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit available in case of an emergency that hopefully never happens.

If you are planning a short trip or a longer stay in our “Bergnest”, we will be pleased to help you.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 pm, departure until 10:00 am.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Also, our apartment is and should remain smoke-free. An ashtray is available on the terrace for smokers.
The tourist tax is 2.20 euros per person/night (from 16 years).

Towels must be brought along, but can be booked for an additional 5 euros per set.

The newly renovated and very high-quality apartment for 3 persons offers a truly special retreat with its unique natural backdrop. Upon request, it is now possible to accommodate 4 persons; a comfortable sofa bed makes this possible. Please email us before booking. Thank you very much!
Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Our apartment is and should remain smoke-free. An ashtray is available on the balcony for smokers.
